Study On Risk Management Of Information Construction Project Of B Science And Technology Museum

In the 21 st Century, human society has entered into an information era, or an era of digital subsistence. It goes without saying that information is of vital importance to our work, study and life. As a forward position for promoting knowledge of science and technology museum, it has higher requirement on information construction. Combing with the flow and characteristics of information construction project of B science and technology museum, this article studies the risk management method during the implementation process. After investigation, a set of risk management process is designed and applied into the process of project construction, and a set of working system based on the information construction and risk management of science museum is formed. In the meantime, a set of project material is managed, providing assistance to similar projects in the years ahead.Due to the changing conditions of this project, this article adopts risk identification, risk assessment and analysis, risk monitoring, and risk response in risk management, and forms a loop-locked process, which can monitor the information of new risk and new information to project. Questionnaire method and expert interview are adopted in risk identification, which has confirmed 40 items of risk factor and analyzed risk consequence. Risk matrix method and Borda rank are adopted in risk assessment and analysis for qualitative and quantitative assessment. According to the result of quantitative analysis, risk category is divided and priority will be given to the analysis of major risks. During the project construction, risk should always be monitored so as to discover the occurrence of risk and whether risk condition reaches the critical point. Monitoring table and document examination are adopted in monitoring to tail after the risk. According to the risk list, risk analysis result found in the earlier stage and considering the cost of project management risk coping method and measures are proposed.
