With the ever-changing information age,information technology represented by the Internet has profoundly changed people's production and life,and promoted social progress and development of the times.Science and Technology Museum as an important front for science popularization education,in order to adapt to the wave of the information age,vigorously develop information technology,science and technology museums to achieve intelligence,information and automation,can better serve the public.At present,compared with developed countries,the development of science and technology museums in China is characterized by a relatively low total number of domestic science and technology museums,incomplete infrastructure of science and technology museums,a need to improve the concept of information building of science and technology museums,and the need for improvement in the construction of science and technology museums.Especially in the construction of science and technology museums' informatization projects,because the science and technology museum itself is not well aware of project management and risk,the information technology in the information projects is less understood,and the risks in the science and technology museum informatization projects are very significant.To a certain extent,it also affected the project quality and orderly progress.Therefore,in order to improve the problems existing in the science and technology museums' information construction,this paper combines the work practices to conduct in-depth research and discussion on risk management issues in the Z-science and technology museums informatization construction projects,and uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to construct risks.The indicator system and risk assessment model proposes targeted risk response strategies from project initiation phase,tender phase,implementation phase,and trial run risk issues.It will play a positive reference role in the smooth implementation of the information technology construction project of the Z Science and Technology Museum and the improvement of the project risk management and control capabilities.
