Evaluation And Analysis Of High Efficient Agriculture Project For China Wisdom Shared Bright In Wugang City

Post project evaluation is carried out after completion of the investment. It includes evaluation and system analysis of implementation process, benefit and effect. Form the microcosmic point of view, it plays a positive role to improve scientific decision level of the project, enhance the management, increase the invsetment. Form the macro level, it also give a great help to ensure the healthy development of the whole national ceonomy. This article based on the post project evaluation, analys the technical, financial, sustainability,social impact and environmental impact these five aspects through research, production,marketing, management and so on multi-dimensional several single index to construct efficient agriculture after the evaluation index system of the project. Then, according to the construction of a hierarchy of index system, by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) model, we used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of each index, determining evaluation sets using fuzzy mathematics theory and applying triangular membership functions to establish the membership degree of each target model.Give the analysis to the enterprise’s core competitiveness analysis and post project evaluation. To provide project enterprise the corresponding theoretical research support for further development and construction.
