The post-evaluation of equipment technical innovation project is to make investigation in the previous preparation work, the management work in the innovation period, the operation status of the equipments after the completion of the project, judge the disparity between the actual operation status and the planed objectives of the project, ascertain the accuracy of the plan and decision of the project, find out the reason for the disparity, summarize the experiences and lessons, make feasible countermeasures and measures to the current situations of the project by effective information feedback in time, help perfect the equipments technical innovation plan, improve the implementation and management of the innovation, strengthen the supervision of the project, perfect the operation management of the equipments, and finally improve the investment benefit of the equipment technical innovation project.In the article, in accordance with the particularity of the equipment technical innovation project in M factory, the index system for post-evaluation to equipment technical innovation project was set up, the post-evaluation of the equipment technical innovation project in M factory was researched by applying analytic hierarchy process method and fuzzy evaluation method and combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, and the comprehensive evaluation problem of the equipment technical innovation project in M factory resulted from the illegibility and different importance in the same level factors of the post-evaluation was solved. The post-evaluation of equipment technical innovation project was analyzed by combining with the actual project.
