The Analysis Of High-end Pension Industry Impact On Local Economy And Pension System

China began to become the aging society in 1999, and the report of Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party pointed out the vigorously development of aging services business and industry. Under the background of the aging population, aging advanced population and empty nest families, the demand for pension services is increasing, the demand for pension products is presenting trends of multi-level, diversity and pluralism, but the“old and rich”groups who get rich in the wave of reform and opening have high income level and new consumption concept, so their attitude to consumption of society endowment become high-end oriented, and the advanced development of pension industry was promoted, but now we have less experience about it, even many problems exist. Under this background, take Hainan as example, pondering the influence and function of development of high-end pension industry in the local economy and the construction of the pension system, to provide theory and practice reference for large-scale and sustainable development of high-end pension industry.In this article, through the following six parts research the impact of high-end pension industry on local economy and the pension system. The first part is an introduction. Including the purpose and significance of this research, and including the relevant concepts and theories, domestic and international literature review, and content of research, main research thoughts and methods, innovative points and deficiencies. The second part describes the experience in international development of high-end pension industry. Mainly based on representative and reference of sample countries, the paper selected Florida in America, Malaga in Spain, Kanagawa in Japan as the study objects. It elaborates in terms of national policies, regional characteristics, development path and impact effects, it summarize the common and inspiration from foreign high-end pension industry for China. The third part analyzes the feasibility of Hainan Province to develop the high-end pension industry. Mainly includes the three parts of the natural conditions, economic conditions and policy conditions, and through horizontal comparison with the economically developed cities and natural conditions similar provinces, and longitudinal comparison of Hainan’s historic development. To comprehensively analyze the conditions and advantages of Hainan to develop high-end pension industry. The fourth part discusses the development path of the high-end pension industry in Hainan Province, and its impact on the Hainan local economy. First of all, according to the existing policy, the regional characteristics and the existing market, from two angles of the extension of industrial chain and the integration of industrial chain, to discuss the development path of Hainan’s high-end pension industry. Secondly, from the micro perspective taking Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone for a micro case, to analyze its the structure of the industrial chain and the output value scale. Then from the macro perspective, based on the official statistical data of Hainan Province, to analyze the impact of Hainan high-end pension industry development on Hainan local economy. The fifth part analyzes the influence of the high-end pension industry development on Hainan pension system. Summarized the policy design, the development level, the development difficulties and opportunities of Hainan’s pension system in the current, on this basis proposed influence of the high-end pension industry development on Hainan pension system, including the impact on Hainan traditional concept of retirement; the supplement of system design and content structure of Hainan pension service system; and the activation of the whole pension services market in Hainan. The last part presents conclusions and prospects for the further study of the research.
