The development of economic globalization and increasingly fiercemarket environment, make the competition between the enterprises gradually evolved into the competition between supply chains.Supply chain’s efficiency and operating costs directly affect theenterprise’s economic benefit, so about how to improve the operatingefficiency of supply chain and reduce supply chain cost researchgets more and more scholars’ attention. As an important driving force to promote industrial developmentand economic growth, innovation is also the core competence forenterprise to enhance the core element and keep the leading position in the fierce market competition. Therefore improve the efficiency of the innovation of the supplychain in the supply chain operation has a pivotal role in theprocess.Crowdsourcing as a way of open innovation, was first proposed by wired magazine reporter Jeff Howe in 2006.With the development of crowdsourcing, providing a new perspective for the innovation of thesupply chain.Based on the theory of open innovation related theoryand supply chain related theory, this paper is put forwardthree models ofsupply chain innovationdepending on the sourceof innovation. And based on therelated research of user information technology acceptance, researching the factors of which influenceenterprisesin the supply chain to participate incrowdsourcing. On the basis ofDavis’ technology acceptance model(1989)[1] and proposed by Thomas ho and other scholars about the "motivation- behavior" model of customers participate in product development on theInternet[2], come up with this paper’s research model.Using questionnaire investigation to collect the research data of this paper in ZHUBAJIE.com and Wenjuanxing online platform, and through SPSS19.0and AMOS17.0 to analyze the collected data. The results show that: External motivation(perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, external incentives) and internal motivation(ability of the self, the strengthening of the ego value) are positive influenceenterprisein the supply chaincrowdsourcing behavior’s participation willingness; enterprisein the supply chaincrowdsourcing behavior’s participation willingness is positive influence its participative behavior; at the same time, the informatization level of enterprise plays regulating role between participation willingness and participative behavior. Research hypothesis in the study model are alltested in this paper.
