Today the development of network technology and social media, let people can across space limitations to share their knowledge, experience and creativity. These tools also allows businesses to have the opportunity to remove to a new source of innovation to supplement or even replace-existing way of innovation. This kind of contact with the external productivity by means of social media, knowledge and creativity is the process of "crowdsourcing"(Erickson LB,2013). The editor of wired magazine,Jeff Howe was the first to put forward "crowdsourcing" of the new words in2006.. Jeff Howe, said:"crowdsourcing" refers to a company or organization in the past by employees perform work tasks, outsourcing in the form of free voluntary approach "to the non-specific public networks.Crowdsourcing opened up a new business model, is a innovative way for enterprise innovation, international famous enterprises such as P&G, IBM, Boeing, DuPont, etc in the practice of crowdsourcing, domestic enterprises,Haier, also actively carry out the new way of innovation. The establishment of crowdsourcing platform also provide a way for the enterprises and individuals to enjoy crowdsourcing, participate in the platform of crowdsourcing, innovative website "InnoCentive" raising the wisdom of the researchers around the world, to solve the problem of the enterprise release, domestic "Zhubajie" crowdsourcing website also claims to be collected9million popular wisdom to help enterprises solve the task of publishing, in this context visible crowdsourcing for influence and the role of enterprise management and innovation.Now more and more enterprises through this way to use the wisdom of the masses to complete various tasks, crowdsourcing caught the attention of the enterprise not only, also became a hot issue of academic research, the present study focus mainly concentrated in the public participation, in the motivation of crowdsourcing and businesses use descriptive research of crowdsourcing successful cases, but about the motives of the enterprises to participate in the package, but little research as well as the influence factors of enterprises to participate in the package, the paper summarizes these factors, it is concluded that theoretical model, and use the empirical method to study, it is a vacancy in the existing theory of crowdsourcing, therefore this article attempts from the multiple perspectives to analyze influence the enterprise use crowdsourcing, participate in the factors of crowdsourcing, form a theory model, the theory of enterprise innovation, and has a certain significance of crowdsourcing theory, for the enterprise, deepen enterprise knowledge of crowdsourcing to this new way of innovation, and combining with Chinese enterprises to use this way, give the rationalization suggestion, so this research has a strong theoretical and practical significance.This study aims to solve the following questions:what is the motivation for enterprises to participate in the package? Enterprises to participate in crowdsourcing is affected by the internal and external factors? From the study of theoretical connotation, types of crowdsourcing, crowdsourcing on the role of enterprises, enterprises participate in the motive of crowdsourcing, combining the theory of open innovation, summarized analysis of crowdsourcing related theory, find out the gaps and deficiencies of existing theories, therefore find out this research institute to solve academic problems. The crowdsourcing model combined with the domestic enterprises and the package platform development, selection has implemented a crowdsourcing domestic enterprises and in the domestic crowdsourcing platform "pig eight quit" posted task of enterprises as the object of empirical study. In order to better explain the enterprises participate in crowdsourcing behavior influence factor, introduced the behavior has a good applicability in the integration of technology acceptance model (UTAUT), through preliminary investigation to verify the applicability of the model, the model is determined by the interview survey, questionnaire to collect data, using SPSS to analyze the data and verify the influencing factors of influence on behavior, and how they affect.The results show that:the theoretical model constructed in this paper better reflects the research questions, performance expectations, effort expectancy, social factors that promote conditions for the four variables have a significant positive impact on participation behavior, in which willingness to participate in the performance expectancy, effort expectations, social factors between the three independent variables and the dependent variable plays an intermediary role. Finally, the results of empirical studies are discussed, combined with Chinese enterprises to use crowdsourcing actual situation, given management advice.First of all, Chinese enterprises should pay attention to the package of new way of innovation, use of China’s most widely network mass, with an open approach to innovation; Secondly, according to the enterprise’s own ability to choose the appropriate crowdsourcing model;Finally,crowdsourcing platform to optimize service process, provide to promote more enterprises to participate in the package.
