Published in 1980 "The Third Wave", the futurist Alvin Toffler once predicted that consumers will be applied to consumer goods production process more impact, which evolved into "The production of consumers", now, this prophecy has been achieved.In the open innovation growing environment, user experience, user innovation and innovation will emerge in an endless stream, the user to maximize the value of the Internet is Crowdsourcing.Business use of the Internet platform and the other end tied to user groups, assign work out, by the collective wisdom of the masses to discover new ideas or solve technical problems. This mode allows the user to participate in the corporate R & D, design, production process, to meet the user’s desire to participate but also to bring significant gains. Thus, crowdsourcing has become a business user innovation value play an important strategy, but the present situation, many companies use crowdsourcing in the presence of a disorganized, blindly follow the phenomenon, and did not achieve the expected results. Based on the application of crowdsourcing in user innovation, enrich and improve the existing theories on the one hand, on the other hand to help enterprises carry out the objectives and the use of crowdsourcing, innovation play better value for users. Based on the theory and analysis of the case, from the current situation, motivation, mode, and other aspects of the application effect of crowdsourcing application in user innovation in a study, the main research contents and results are as follows:This paper describes the background and significance of the research and innovation framework topics, and then through crowdsourcing and user innovation combing both theory proposed mining user enterprises use crowdsourcing innovation resources motivation model, convenient Internet technology innovation and potential users of crowdsourcing mature constitute external motivation enterprise crowdsourcing, internal motivation is mainly to gain a competitive edge, innovative and cost, user-oriented and market-leading brand image to promote the marketing of the three main motives. At the same time according to the motivation of enterprises, literature and many large enterprises use crowdsourcing practice case, summarized the opinions and suggestions put forward style crowdsourcing to solve the problem- crowdsourcing, innovation and creativity style crowdsourcing crowdsourcing three modes and means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation law proposed crowdsourcing application effect evaluation system for more efficient use of enterprises to provide a theoretical basis for crowdsourcing.In the part of motivation research, put forward the theoretical framework of this paper from the two aspects of internal motivation and external motivation, and were described respectively.Three aspects of external motivation for enterprise crowdsourcing provide convenient conditions and safeguards, so that companies dare to use crowdsourcing.
