YH company is developing very rapidly in recent years, with the continuous expansion of the company and the management level of continued ascension, YH company order management division of the original management pattern already can not adapt to the needs of the development of future strategy, especially the performance appraisal in human resources management system is not sound, not rigorous, the problems such as nonstandard operation, greatly affects the healthy development of the company. Order management to improve the YH company division, a series of problems existing in the old performance appraisal, the YH company order management division is an urgent need to establish a set of suitable for YH the company’s future strategic needs of human resource management performance evaluation system, further improve the E of the company’s core competitiveness.Based on the salary strategy communication, job evaluation, performance evaluation investigation set up a compensation system, and assist to complete the order management division of YH company existing staff of the change. Based on the theory of performance management on performance management related theory and key performance indicators evaluation method, target management, 360 degree assessment, the balanced scorecard performance management tools such as comparative analysis. Combines the actual conditions of YH company orders management, in-depth analysis of the existing performance management system, mining YH order management department in all sorts of problems existing in the whole process of performance management, targeted staff performance management on the company put forward the optimization design. Through optimizing design assessment index, combined the actual staff post job description and implements hierarchical decomposition and undertake for indicators, can solve the problem of performance targets and strategic disjointed, strengthen the systematicness and pertinence. To solve the problem of team staff review mode is not reasonable, for the employee performance appraisal content and mode is optimized. In addition, in terms of performance coaching and performance appraisal feedback and improvement measures are put forward. This study of YH company work order management, performance management and promote the development of application has a positive value, the organization structure and operating companies of a similar nature has certain reference value and reference.
