Vigorously develop the public bicycle system is of great significance, the correct reasonable analysis of PBS satisfaction provide effective support and improve it for the planning, implementing of public bicycle systems.Based on PBS user satisfaction level as the research object, first introduced the concept of PBS and the definition of user satisfaction and related theoretical results, to explore the influence factors of PBS user satisfaction; Then, this paper expounds the development and trend of PBS, as well as the development and status of our country PBS; On this basis, according to the principles of establishing comprehensive evaluation index system and the influence factors of PBS user satisfaction, build a PBS satisfaction evaluation index system, build the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP); Finally, with the evaluation model for comprehensive evaluation of zhenjiang PBS satisfaction, analysing PBS problems existing in the development of zhenjiang city, and put forward the corresponding improvements and optimization proposals.Research in Jingkou and Runzhou of Zhenjiang, the results indicate that: PBS overall satisfaction, the user on the overall satisfaction are the two area is higher, comprehensive evaluation value of Jingkou estuary is a little better than runzhou; Technical level, the satisfaction degree of the two area other aspects is generally lower than the integrated evaluation system, it can be seen that the technical level to be greatly increased, especially runzhou area must improve the technical level; Service level and social economic benefits, the two areas generally higher the satisfaction evaluation, and These two aspects Runzhou satisfaction estuary is slightly better than Jingkou, it shows that Jingkou must raise the service level of the system and the surrounding economic benefits.
