With the continuous development of science and technology,the degree of the deepening of globalization,the rapid development of information technology and communication technology,a new wave of global industry shift is coming to China,this is the world 500 strong enterprises grew rapidly,a new development model of the company,based on technology of service outsourcing.On the one hand,in China's huge surplus of domestic products trade,monetary liquidity increased,people's income increase and the employment pressure and so on the structural problems of economic development is more outstanding,unbalanced regional development is increasing;On the other hand,through years of efforts in the development of reform and opening up,China has become the world manufacturing center,but also brought a huge waste of resources,the input-output ratio is not ideal,the destruction of resources and environment problem is very outstanding,transformation of the mode of economic development,the pursuit of the long-term sustainable development of economy,energy conservation and emissions reduction efficiency has become the common requirement of the society from all walks of life.Under this big background,through specific industry developing and its leading role,in the domestic actively meet the demands of macro economic transformation,the transformation of the mode of economic growth and improve the industry's labor absorption capacity,increase output ratio,as well as to join the inevitable requirement of integration of the global division of labor,this would require the service outsourcing mode play a positive role.This paper is divided into four parts,namely introduction,general theory overview,h-enterprise BPO business customer satisfaction index system establishment and H enterprise BPO business customer satisfaction comprehensive evaluation.Based on customer satisfaction service outsourcing as the research object,research results at home and abroad as the theoretical support,straighten out the enterprise customer satisfaction mainly,the possible reasons,by means of questionnaires,analysis of H company BPO business customer satisfaction evaluation,summed up the main factors that affect customer satisfaction,build customer satisfaction evaluation model of the enterprise,and computing the measurement results of comprehensive satisfaction and the factors,analysis of the data,and to formulate improvement measures,aimed at improving customer satisfaction goals are met.The results show that the evaluation index system and evaluation method are reasonable and feasible.
