Research On The Problem Of Agricultural Mechanization In Changbai County,Jilin Province

Mechanization of agriculture is the application of advanced science and technology in the field of agriculture; it is an important part of agricultural modernization. The application of agricultural machinery can not only improve the agricultural labor productivity, but also can greatly promote the production of agricultural production and income, reduce the cost of agricultural production, increase farmers’ income. Jilin Province Changbai Korean Autonomous County(hereinafter referred to as the "Changbai County") as a traditional agricultural county, 2015 total agricultural output value accounted for the proportion of the county’s total output value was 15.3%. However, Changbai County agricultural mechanization level is lower than the average level of Jilin province.Agricultural mechanization is the emphasis on the connotation of agricultural machinery and equipment application, including seeding machinery and mechanical cultivation and harvesting machinery and other and its extension including agricultural machinery socialized service, agriculture machinery extension service and agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy content. This paper in the analysis of Changbai County Agricultural Mechanization System on the basis of, demonstrates the Changbai County Machinery plays an important role in the growth of local agriculture. Then, analysis of the degree of satisfaction of farmers-- an important subject of agricultural mechanization of agriculture machinery of Changbai Eventually, from the two aspects of agricultural machinery overall development level and the farmers’ satisfaction degree analysis of the main problems existing in the Changbai County, the development of agricultural mechanization, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter firstly introduces the background and significance of this paper, the relevant literature of agricultural mechanization are reviewed, put forward the research goals, research contents, research methods and technology roadmap.The second chapter mainly analyzes the promotion process and the development status of agricultural machinery in Changba. First, the paper introduces the Changbai County specific conditions and the agricultural state of development, then through Changbai County in 2000 to 2014 mechanization development historical data analysis stage Changbai County Agricultural Mechanization Development Status, and then use the Granger causality test, the Changbai County data to empirically examine the relationship between agricultural mechanization and agricultural economic growth.The third chapter, through the questionnaire, selected three villages and towns of Jinhua Township, Ba Dao Gou Zhen, the town of Changbai 168 households as a sample, from the purchase of agricultural subsidies, agricultural machinery socialized service, agricultural extension and several aspects, investigation and analysis of the Changbai County farmers on Agricultural Mechanization overall satisfaction. The fourth chapter, through the analysis of the above chapters, summarizes the existing in the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Changbai County problems.The fifth chapter, aiming at the main problems of agricultural machinery in Changbai County, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, and sums up the whole paper.
