Research On The Development Of Farmer Professional Cooperative Of Nongan County

As China’s agriculture modernization process is accelerating, the degree of agricultural marketing is increasing gradually; agricultural production and operation mode has a huge change. The traditional model of agricultural production has been unable to meet the demands of expanding market; we must launch a new mode of production management to fit the needs of current development. Under this situation, the farmer specialized cooperation emerges and becomes the powerful means of promoting the rapid development of modern agricultural production. In the current rural areas, the farmer specialized cooperation has became the economic organization leading farmers to enter the market, it has become the latest entity which can enhance the development of the rural collective economic, it also can promote the change of development consciousness, thus, the industry of "three agriculture" can get a continual development.Nong’an County has long been taking agriculture as the main industry and has obtained certain development results in recent years as one of the top 100 counties in China. However, along with the accelerating development progress, the farmer specialized cooperation of Nong’an County has exposed some problems in the process of development, if they can’t be solved in time, the economic development of Nong’an County will be inevitably affected. Therefore, this paper focuses on analyzing the present situation and problems of the farmer specialized cooperation of Nong’an County, finds out the existing problems, and makes effective measures and suggestions according to the problems.First, summarizes the related theories of farmer specialized cooperation, teases the connotations, characteristics and principles of the farmer specialized cooperation systematically. Besides, this paper explores the practical significance of the development of farmer specialized cooperation.Second, this paper analyzes the current development of the farmer specialized cooperation of Nong’an County. At the macro level, states the whole development situation and characteristics of Nong’an’s agricultural economic; At the micro level, selects 90 farmer specialized cooperation as a sample to study the basic information, analysis the personnel situation, production condition and operation by SPSS software to find out the main problems.Finally, puts forward the improvement measures and advices by learning the experiences of domestic and foreign countries and regions.Overall, this paper systematically analysis the development of the farmer specialized cooperation of Nong’an County in detail through literature research, case analysis, statistical analysis and so on. I put forward the improvement measures and suggestions according to the actual situation in order to provide reference for the development of the farmer specialized cooperation of the other regions.
