With the arrival of e-commerce times, the trends of shopping online becomes popular. Facing all kinds of shopping festivals, e-commerce business has undergone enormous changes in the trading turnover on the day. Owing to prediction uncertainty, dynamic and diversity of different levels of service, storage center, for self-employed e-commerce enterprises, had great pressure. Under such pressure,how to make effective management to storage center of self-employed e-commerce enterprises, to guarantee the product delivered to the customer in proper time and to directly affect the customer experience and purchase again rates.This paper research order picking optimization problem of storage center of self-employed B2 C e-commerce enterprises, especially doing analysis for the problem of order picking in batches to the partition, using the form of case studies and mathematical models to study for the order-picking of A e-commerce business storage Center. Firstly, introduce the main introduction and operation condition of A storage center, and we can learn that the orders are unevenly distributed, serious backlog of picking, unreasonable allocation of picking staff by the data analysis of A storage center picking zone products off the shelves for a month, thus resulting in seriously affecting this issue of order unloading operation efficiency. Then, by analyzing the cause of the problem, using three solutions, configuring intelligent monitoring strategy and order picking optimization strategy. This paper mainly studies in order picking optimization strategy, by a most time-consuming orders of all orders completed time of one beat as the objective function, to establish the model of mixed integer programming which CPLEX software calculate, thus we can get the optimal solution and analyze the result.
