XT Corporation

The XT Corporation is a HK Enterprise which produce small household products.The steam mop is their key and core product.All of them will be sent to thirty countrys around the world.In the case, we descript the products, and their usages,and the quality manager Lisa ?s confusion. And then,perfom process capability analysis、improve 、once again analysis. During the process control,we take use the checklist 、control chart、fishbone chart etc, which provide objective evidence for continue improvement.In the whole quality management system,we take use three tools,such as MSA 、 FMEA 、 AQP etc.This provied reliable safegard for quality system.Meanwhile,the organization was adjusted and the incentive mechanism was applied.These actions assure pepole?s initiative,become the prerequisite of TQM implemention,and construct good quality culture.In the case analysis, we combine the knowledge of the operation management course,such as continue improvement、fishbone chart、process capability、control chart、sampling survey etc. Combine the theory with exsiting application.Provide great guidance for process control and system managmen.This case?s aim is qulity control,which contain two double meanings,that?s manage and control.We study the quality control from strategic side to detailed operations,which is an example for other’s reference.
