Natural scenic area is rich in natural resources. It would obviously enhance the quality of living environment and improve the value of the surrounding residential has significant effect. While also scarce natural scenic tourist resources, can be achieved to create more wealth for the community by the development of scenic spots around. However, the scenic surrounding land layout and transportation planning often lack the relevant design basis. So it is difficult to maximize the creation of social wealth.To solve the problem, this paper chose Xiqiaoshan, Jinshananhai, Nanguo Peach and Shunfengshan which is in Foshan as the object of study. 831 parts of second-hand housing data samples which is surrounding the scenic are used in the study. And the author selects about 27 factors and get the use of hedonic price method scenic impact on the surrounding residential price of quantitative analysis, trying to get the price elasticity of each factor and distance gradient. The research shows:(1) The factors of four natural areas in Foshan which can significantly affect housing price elasticity are bedrooms, education, and distance from the attractions.(2) Natural sites produce a positive impact on the surrounding housing prices, and residential price increases when the distance from the sights is reduced. Which reduces the distance between the individual resorts have differences, in descending order according to the critical distance is Nanguo Peach, Xiqiao Mountain, Shunfengshan and South China Sea. In the critical range, house prices increase with distance, reducing the amplitude gradually decreasing.(3) The number of check-in on weibo in the natural sites could reflect the amount of tourists. The bigger it is, the lower the value of residential would be. In other characteristic variables held constant, the number of check-in on weibo in the natural sites increased 1000, housing prices decrease about 9.8%. So when we do the relevant planning should take it into account, and separate the tourists form the local people in order to reduce the impact.(4) The large natural scenic is, the greater the value of the surrounding residential. In other characteristic variables held constant, increasing the size of the scenic area of 1KM each, housing prices increased 2.1%.(5) Natural scenic location conditions to produce a positive impact on the value of surrounding homes. In other characteristic variables held constant, scenic distance to the city center every 1 km increase in home prices reduced by 2%.
