Currently, the cosmetics market gradually fierce competition, its performance not only in the level of product quality, services,brand and more importantly performance in cosmetics marketing strategy, marketing strategy totally affect the merits of the cosmetics market in victory. On the current situation is concerned, the commercial department on marketing strategy and more attention.This paper first proposed the Heilongjiang ambitious mall cosmetics marketing, marketing strategy in terms of the status quo and some problems, and then combined with the actual situation in Heilongjiang ambitious mall cosmetics department, using SWOT analysis method macro cosmetics department of Heilongjiang Grand Mall environment, micro-environment are analyzed, pointing out the advantages of the marketing strategy of Heilongjiang ambitious mall cosmetics department, weaknesses and the opportunities and threats. According to the analysis of the situation, to develop and analyze a marketing tactic of Grand Center’s cosmetics department, were used micro store channels, mail-order channels, channel marketing strategy, unique independent brand strategy, packaging strategy, product development and other product strategy, promotion of innovation, interactive shopping district activities, campus activities, the star effect and other promotional strategies to increase guest education, increase beauty farm and other services strategy. Finally, improve the marketing service system, a reasonable design department performance appraisal program, adjust and improve the department organizational structure, strengthen safeguards cultural construction of four marketing strategy implementation.Hope that by studying this paper, it is possible for the marketing tactic of ambitious mall cosmetics department for further improvement, while other domestic cosmetics company’s marketing strategy to provide some reference significance.
