| Supply chain finance is one way to make the core enterprise and their upstream or downstream enterprises together with the effective allocation of resources in supply chain. It provides the supply chain financial services based on supply chain trading. Supply chain finance can not only solve the problem of financing the capital needs of enterprises in the supply chain, but also can enhance the overall liquidity of the supply chain and improve the whole supply chain inventory turnover. Home shopping is a kind of non-store retailing mode, which mainly sales products through TV, supplemented by other sales channels. Home shopping companies own the sales platform in their own supply chain system, which has a dominant position in the coordination of the supply chain information flow, logistics and capital flow. The outstanding characteristic of the supply chain finance is needed to find a large core enterprise in the supply chain and use it to provide financial support.The paper attempts to research on the supply chain financial modes and analysis the characteristics of several supply chain financial services and risk prevention strategies. Then choose the appropriate supply chain finance mode for home shopping business, which based on the analysis of the characteristics of the supply chain of home shopping enterprises. Finally, this paper makes a plan of the implementation process and risk control methods, which combined with one true case. The purpose of this research is to find a way to activate small and medium-sized enterprises in home shopping supply chain effectively through a suitable supply chain finance mode. With this mode, the small and medium enterprises would make better services for the core home shopping company. Besides, it would also optimize the overall efficiency of the supply chain, and enhance the competitiveness of home shopping companies in retail market. |
