Research On The Strategic Transformation Of New Electronic Component Enterprises Under The Background Of Labor Costs Rising

Recent years, the labor costs in China keep increasing. According to calculation of relevant industry data, the profits of clothing industry, logistics industry, electrical manufacturing industry, and other manpower intensive industries will confront the imploding profits situation with wage level continue to rise. Though enterprises can inhibit the influence of wage increase by improving working efficiency by now, which however has less and less effect recent years with the calculation of unit labor cost, especially the unit labor cost in manpower intensive industries. Meanwhile, supply restriction of labor force becomes stronger and stronger which results in the increasing pay level. Therefore, in order to solve the labor costs increasing situation fundamentally, measures like expanding domestic demand, reforming personnel system, and implementing strategic transformation should be taken. This paper, which is worth researching and perceiving, aims at finding out how can an enterprise walk out of the traditional labor intensive stereotype and get bigger and stronger, and how can it keep sustainable development advantage by implementing strategic transformation in the context of increasing labor costs. Under the background of labor cost rise, many enterprises will be adversely affected and quit the historical stage too early, while only few enterprises can survive and keep sustainable development by implementing strategic transformation in time. Enterprise strategic transformation helps an enterprise obtain new development opportunity, enables the enterprise to get development continuation, and promotes its further growth and development.This paper starts with expounding related theories, and taking ZY company for example to analyze the internal environment of ZY company and external environment it confronted. Basing on the current condition of new electronic component industry and problems and changes it faces with, and focusing in the features of new electronic component industry, this paper studies and discusses the necessity and concrete measures of enterprise strategic transformation. And then discusses the necessity of ZY company’s strategic transformation according to relevant theories and measures of enterprise strategic transformation. Finally using the above study contents, this paper proposes concrete strategic transformation measures for ZY company.
