Research On The Logistics Park And Industry Linkage Mode

Since 1998, Shenzhen established the first domestic logistics park, the construction of logistics park has become increasingly intense and the amount increased year by year, which has significant promotion to the economy. Logistics Park makes logistics resource intense, large-scale, integration come true, and provide integrated logistics services to the demand-side.But compared with the developed countries and regions, the support of logistics park for the industry in our country are limited. As the concentration and degree of industry is constantly improving, the industry demands logistics park providing more efficient and more convenient logistics service. So how to promote the linkage between logistics park and the industry has become hot topics in the study of the logistics industry.First of all, on the basis of in-depth study related theory, this paper constructed the basic theory system of the linkage between logistics park and industry, including the basic concept of linkage, linkage mechanism, and other related theory, etc.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research, this paper not only analyzed the present status of logistics park and its linkage experience with industry, but also summed up the existing linkage modes, and put forward the problems. This paper also chose a Japanese logistics park, a German logistics park and a domestic logistics park as examples, and analyzed the linkage mode with industry of these two logistics parks.Thirdly, this paper considered the new linkage mode from the perspective of existing modes, combining the type of logistics park as well, which proposed the corresponding development ideas of each mode, and analyzed their environment characteristics, the linkage subjects and main means. And characteristics and applicable conditions of four kinds of linkage modes are compared.Finally, this paper used the system dynamics method to establish the process, model and equation of linkage selection mode from the angle of logistics park. Selecting Z logistics Park as the research object, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the iron and steel industry which Z logistics park serve for. While debugging various kinds of indexes, and gaining suitable linkage mode for Z logistics park and iron and steel industry:the "function and industrial chain" comprehensive linkage mode, this paper also proposed the existing linkage method, the success and the direction of development of Z logistics park.
