Research On The Mode Of Logistics Collaboration Between Chongqing Port And Shanghai Port

The port's developmental trend is containerization,large-scale ship and port specialization.The competetion between ports become more and more fierce because of land-carriage and ocean shipping become more convenient.Now the cooperative competition is very complicated.Port should linkage in order to acquire competitive edge.Chongqing port is located in the crossover zone of east and west of China and the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. It acrosses the Yangtze River economic belt and Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing Economic zone.It is very important in economy and strategy.To take up the Yangtze River linking the east by the ministry, through the combination of east and west is located west of the strategic responsibility of the department of radiation.In present and future,the biggest constraint is how Chongqing Port and Shanghai Port form an effective Logistics linkage model.This paper takes the Chongqing port and Shanghai port's logistics linkage model for the research object.Chongqing port as the core, in-depth analysis of the interaction of factors and the linkage is expected to achieve. And from the customer service interaction, container transport linkage, linkage logistics information on the linkage of the realization of three models described. In the customer service interaction, the proposed third-party-based customer relationship management systems, and analyze the function of the system architecture and implementation methods; in container transport linkage, the use of exponential smoothing of the Chongqing Port and Shanghai Port's container traffic forecast proposed two-port transport linkage model and implementation method; in logistics information linkage, the proposed linkage based on information shared information model, and information linkage function, structure design.The novelty of this paper is that based on the empirical research between Chongqing Port and Shanghai Port.Elaborate the logistics linkage model such as customer service linkage, linkage container transport, logistics and information linkage.
