Research On Development Strategy Of H Futures Company

With the development and improvement of the market economy system in China, futures market also began to enter a new stage of the development of norms. Since 2006, industry environment has been significantly changed, futures company is facing historic opportunities and challenges. Due to historical reasons, China’s futures company have been many years of operating history, however, comparing with western developed countries there no clear development strategy has been set up which is a constraint on development of China’s Futures Company and even the entire futures industry. Futures company should refer to the characteristics of the development of foreign advanced futures market, learning successful experience from them. In meantime, by considering reality in China, futures company should develop a strategic model that is in line with its own development, then implement related measures.According to above, this paper is composed with 5 chapters, part one it expa tiates background this object, intention of the study and review of the present study both in China and abroad; part two it analyzes the external environment of the H Futures Company including PEST analysis of H Futures Company, industry environment analys is of H Futures Company and analysis of the development trend of futures industry; part three it analyzes the internal conditions of H Futures Company including own resources, comparison with leading enterprises in this industry, existed problem in develop ment by using SWOT analytical method; part four according to above analysis, H Futures Company adopts growth strategy as main strategy, then analyzes the strategic positioning, competitive strategy and functional strategy of H Futures Company and tries to solving existing problems by using MBA knowledge; part five it studies the implementation of H Futures Company development strategy guarantee, respectively from perfecting and improving the management model, business innovation, marketing network, streamline the construction of MIS system, rectifying enterprise culture. Through this study, I hope this paper will be useful to development strategy of futures industry in China.
