The Research On The Evaluation Of Management Capability For Rural Power Supplying Enterprises

Due to the market-oriented reforms,rural power supplying enterprises have to improve their management capability,so my paper study on how to evaluate their management capability. This paper stand in the perspective of internal managers, with the aim to enhance the managemnet capability. Therefore, this paper specifics management capability into various aspects, and evaluate it one by one through the evaluation indexes,which is based on the theory of financial analysis.Firstly, this paper analysis the characteristics of rural power supplying enterprises based on the survey, interviews and literature; and using single factor sensitivity analysis to identify the main factors of profit, and discovery the operating leverage of rural power supplying enterprises; and then analysis the relationship between the operating results and the operating capability; finally, extract three shortcoming of the existing evaluation methods.Then, based on the evaluation index system, this paper study on the evaluation process of a single enterprise and enterprises among a province, obtained logical step evaluation process. The key point of evaluating a single enterprise is the criteria, this paper is based on the theory of statistics, and use the upper and lower quartile of the industry as a threshold divide ranks into strong, in general, weak. And the key point of evaluating enterprises among a province is specifying the constitution. Based on interviews for managers and statistical principles, the management capability of the province is divided into the average(mean and consist of centralized distribution) and classification results(by the class, number and proportion of all kinds constituted).Finally, based on the evaluation index system and the evaluation process,the paper extract the evaluation method of management capability for rural power supplying enterprises. In addition, in order to verify the rationality of the method, on one hand, this paper analysis the relationship between the method and the characteristics of the rural power supplying enterprises; on the other hand, through the test of the evaluation method, verify the method’s operability.
