With the acceleration of the process of the rapid development of the market economy and the power of information technology, electricity customers,the market value of the power supply enterprise has gone far beyond the sale of the electricity commodity, enhance customer value and development potential of the market and customers the power company profitsgrowth plays a very important role, therefore, the power supply enterprises to actively create, maintain customer relationships, an important foundation to gain a competitive advantage, improve power market share and enhance corporate value. At the same time, the rapid development of natural gas and other alternative energy, has formed a pattern of final energy market and electricity compete. This means that electricity companies must be aware in advance of the power supply and demand trends, and actively study the response measures for enterprises to create new profit growth point.Firstly, the present research analyses the current situation of Yulin Electricity Company, such as the external environment and customer relationship management. Then summarizes the main problems, by using of customer segmentation theory, the article establishes the structure of target customers, and how to retain, expand and win customers. For the most important customers, the research establishes service differentiation strategy; for industrial customer, the research establishes relationship management of price strategies; for residents the research develops intelligent promote strategy; Then, for potential customer, the research works out a tap relationship management strategy. Finally, the present thesis elaborates mearsures to protect the customer relationship management:builds the Yulin-powered company customer relationship management information systems; builds customer relationship management evaluation system.This thesis not only directs Yulin Electrical Company, could also be useful for customer relationship management strategy for similar company.
