Quickly and effectively acquire the technology and cope with rapidly changing market demand have become the important issues for enterprise to create its competitive advantage. There are two methods for enterprise to remain competitive, such as developing new knowledge, and gaining new knowledge from outside. As a process of knowledge sharing and delivering btween enterprises, if knowledge can transfer from one party to the other party, and the recipient can effectively application, then we can believe this knowledge transfer process is successful, what’s more, this can improve the competitive advantage.This paper first reviewed the core concepts(interaction orientation, relationship learning and knowledge transfer performance) and theories. Then it proposed a conceptual model comprised of interaction orientation, relationship learning and knowledge transfer performance with 18 hypotheses derived from 3 aspects. Based on the empirical results from 225 valid questionnaires from enterprises in Pearl River Delta of China, all hypotheses were supported.As for the core concepts, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) Interaction orientation has postitive effect on relationship learning.(2) Relationship learning has postitive effect on knowledge transfer performance.(3) Interaction orientation has postitive effect on knowledge transfer performance.(4) Relationship learning negatively moderates the relationship between interaction orientation and knowledge transfer performance.Overall, this paper makes the following theoretical contributions:(1)This study combines interaction orientation and relationship learning, which can can compensate for the existing researches.(2)The theoretical framework of relationship learning is proposed from the perspective of learning theories. This framework provides a path to distinguish and integrate the existing research achievements in enterprises.(3)The conceptual model of relationship among interaction orientation, relationship learning and knowledge transfer performance is put forward and tested by the theories from Service Dominant Logic theory and knowledge transfer theories. An integration research through is provided to the scholars for conducting futher studies in the knowledge transfer context.The research results draw the following conclusions and suggestions:(1)Broaden and strengthen the relationships between the other bodies in the relationship learning;(2)Set an excellent mechanism of interaction orientation;(3)Put the knowledge transfer in an impiortant position of enterprise management.
