As a kind of new strategic direction,the interaction orientation plays an important role in the process of production and management of enterprises.By using the interactive orientation,the enterprise can make a positive and effective communication with a single customer,and according to the information collected from the customer feedback,adjust the development direction of new products,so that the products can meet the changing needs of customers,and let customers actively participate in manufacture management activity such as product innovation,co-creation of value by customers.Therefore the interaction orientation can effectively improve the innovation performance of enterprise related products.But at present,there is a lack of research results to test the complex relationship among the product innovation performance and the interactive orientation,and the influence of the interaction orientation and product innovation performance is still in the fuzzy stage.Most studies tend to study the interaction orientation as a whole concept,and the lack of refinement to the dimension.In this study,the three dimensions of interaction orientation include interaction ability,interaction commitment and interaction relationship not only related to each other to reflect the overall structure of mutual orientation,but also have an impact on their independence.On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and related enterprises interview,based on the knowledge collaboration as the intermediary variable,combined with the influence of interaction orientation and product innovation performance relationship,put forward to verify the effect of the relationship between the theoretical model and research hypothesis.Then through the form of questionnaire survey,the relationship between interaction orientation,knowledge collaboration and product innovation performance is analyzed and studied.Using the method of multiple regression analysis to verify the relationship that three different dimensions of interaction orientation,two dimensions of knowledge collaboration and product innovation performance;then through structural equation modeling to verify the relationships that interactive orientation and knowledge oriented collaborative as a whole concept and product innovation performance,draw the following conclusions:The interaction orientation and its three dimensions(interaction commitment,interaction ability and interaction relationship)have significant positive effect on product innovation performance;(2)interaction orientation and its three dimensions(interactive commitment,interactive ability and interaction relationship)have significant positive effect on knowledge collaboration;(3)knowledge collaboration and its two dimensions have significant positive effect on product innovation performance;(4)knowledge collaboration plays a mediating role between interaction orientation and product innovation performance.
