Research On The Relationship Among Interaction Orientation,Entrepreneurial Learning And New Venture Performance

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation is one of the highest frequency words in the government policy,"mass entrepreneurship" "grassroots venture” is waving in the 960 square kilometers of land.But with the rapid development of Internet and high-tech,new ventures are faced with the market environment with higher degree of uncertainty.To adapt to the increasingly complex and dynamic environment,the traditional management thinking in which stability and order are emphasised is out of style,the new paradigm of continuous interaction with customer and continuous learning is more likely to bring business to success.In this background,this paper is based on new ventures,and integrates interaction orientation,entrepreneurial learning and uncertainty theory perspective,and puts forward and tests the positive effect from interaction orientation on new venture performance,the mediating role of entrepreneurial learning and the moderating role of perceived uncertainty on the mechanism from interaction orientation on new venture performance,and then the internal mechanism between interaction orientation and new venture performance.Nearly five months time,this paper collectes 217 valid questionnaires mainly from entrepreneurial enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Shandong province by the questionnaire survey method,and this paper uses the structural equation model,regression analysis to empirically test the hypothesis.Finally,this paper further explains the inner-effect mechanism from interaction orientation to new venture performance,and further clarifies the applicable conditions of interaction orientation to new venture performance.The implications for practitioners from the conclusion of this paper are that new ventures should pay more attention to the interaction orientation firstly;and that new ventures should do entrepreneurial learning effectively secondly;and that new ventures should use perceived uncertainty effectively thirdly.
