In the era of knowledge economy, human resource management mode of the organization is facing new requests: the traditional rigid mode based on rules and regulations is no longer fit for the demands of organization development; a flexible mode with essence of humanity and personalized management takes the place, and becomes the mainstream in upgrading current human resource management.Working performance is always the focus of current academic research, and the flexible strategy of human resource, as a new strategy in this era, has an effect on the employees` working performance. It is not absolute that flexible strategy will help the achievement of working performance; instead, it is to optimize organizational trust and employee emotional appeals, to effect the improvement of working performance.With the common symbols of the companies in current economic era, through mass literature review & analysis, this essay is to discuss the theoretical and practical significance of the research on human resource flexibility; to aggregate analyze the human resource flexibility, organizational trust, organizational commitment and working performance from the perspective of people sensibility, and come up with the research hypothesis and its model, to research on the relationship among the elements above, and to evaluate the meditating effects of organizational trust and commitment.With the main objects of the companies in Guangdong area, through the method of questionnaire survey(obtained totally 306 valid samples), SPSS 21.0 and other statistical analysis tools, it draw the following conclusions that:(1) human resource flexibility has significant & positive effects on organizational trust, commitment and working performance;(2) organizational trust and commitment have significant & positive effect on working performance;(3) organizational trust and commitment play partial meditating role for human resource flexibility and working performance;(4) organizational commitment plays partial meditating role for organizational trust and job performance. At last, we do the conclusion and come up with some management measures.
