In the face of global economic integration, accelerate the development of market economy, complicated and changeable customer demand trend, many businesses feel the market competition increasingly fierce and cruel. Business success depends on customers, for this reason, enterprise must construct their own service influence strategy, customer oriented reengineering business process architecture, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprise products and expand market share. In this paper, Inkjet Printer belongs to industrial equipment. It has a wind application of range, like food, building materials, electronic appliances, medicine, and chemical industry and so on. As the spurt the code machine brings an increase in the number of sales companies, H company’ original advantage is gradually weakened. So how to improve the quality of service, become the important way of seeking more long-term development.In this article, we first to the service marketing theory and the main point of the conclusion has carried on the simple combing; Secondly, introduces the situation of H company, H company is analyzed in the service marketing problems and the necessity of company to improve the service quality; Then use PEST model, porter five marketing analysis tools such as analysis model and SWOT model to explore the spurt the code machine H company marketing environment, a comprehensive understanding of the company’s environment; On the basis of the above analysis, by using the theory of target market positioning(STP) to spurt the code machine company to market segmentation, target market selection and market positioning.On the basis of the above analysis, formulated the H company product strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy and pricing strategy. In order to ensure the strategy implemented, from the service culture construction, service architecture adjustment, service remedy basic policy Suggestions are given, so that the company will further establish its own competitive advantage in the market, realize the stable development.
