Digital inkjet printer is a general name, it can be divided into advertising printer and digital printing printer, but its technology is inkjet printing technology, the principle is through the computer control ink-jet printing system in direct injection made of cotton, hemp, chemical fiber, paper materials, thus forming the design and color of various needs. ST company is the company registered in Suzhou in production and development of this kind of machine. So far, has nearly three years of time, but the company’s sales growth can’t achieve the desired goals. Paper research content is the reason why looking for company sales growth is slow, and then find a solution to the problem of the slow sales growth for the company to lay the foundation for the further development. Also hope that the study can give reference to other similar companies.Thesis mainly from the ST company in the industry and to analyze the marketing environment, also analysis the characteristics of the ST company’s products, also analyzed the ST and the problems in marketing of the company. Finally, according to ST company’s actual situation and its features, the author gives a new marketing organizational structure and strategy:is the ST companies marketing organization structure should be used in product classification of marketing organizational structure. For ST company’s products should be used according to the characteristics of the product is suitable for the features of different competitive strategy and marketing strategy.Finally, the paper also points out that the new marketing organization structure and competitive strategy and marketing strategy of the products is according to the company and the actual situation of the market through multiple is the result of the theory. But the company how to specific implementation of the new marketing organizational structure and new marketing strategies, paper also suggest that companies should have corresponding measures and the implementation of the scheme. And the paper also gives the can refer to the implementation of the measures and solutions. to make the new marketing strategy to get better, paper also gives the measures to guarantee three aspects: namely the powerful organization guarantee, uninterrupted human resources support and condensed centripetal force of the enterprise culture support.
