The Identification And Integration Of Key Cooperative Interface For Enterprise Cooperative R&d Projects

With the continuous development of science and technology, increasingly fierce competition, increasing knowledge complexity, shortening of the acceleration of knowledge creation and industry life cycle, cooperative R & D in technology innovation play an increasingly important role. In order to effectively improve the capability of independent innovation and gain the key resources of corporate survival and development, China’s enterprises actively join the cooperative R & D team. But now, the interface conflicts to some extents hinder the development of R & D projects. Therefore, the study of identification and integration the interface of cooperative R & D projects will help domestic enterprises through effective management interface to better adapt to the new features of joint R & D activities,new trends and to better enhance their capacity for independent innovation.Firstly, cooperative R&D, interface are reviewed,the content and methods of this article are clarified,and cooperative R & D projects connotation, cooperative R &D enterprise efficiency factor, interface connotation and classification are defined.Secondly, the interface of enterprise cooperation R & D projects are carried out systematically.The reason why the cooperative R & D projects interface generated are objective differences, cultural differences, differences in knowledge,information differences, differences in risk attitudes and other reasons.Based on the the difference of main elements of cooperative R & D projects, interface are analyzed from the enterprise level, the departmental level, individual system level.Again, the paper proposes business cooperative R & D projects key interface identification methods and practical applications.Since the identification of key interface needs to take full advantage of the experience and knowledge of experts,this paper selects Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory to identify key interface and applies to the specific case after determining the key interface recognition evaluation.Finally, this paper presents the objective integration, personnel integration, cultural integration, and information integration and four Integration Mechanism.The innovation of this paper is that use DEMATEL to identify key interface of R & D cooperation projects and propose interface integration principles and mechanism through R & D cooperation projects interface system level analysis and interface evaluation system.This can provide a theoretical basis for interface conflicts comprehensive coordination of business R&D cooperation project.
