As a an extremely important organization in financial system, Industrial Bank plays a vital role in providing the most basic financial services for individual clients and corporate clients in daily life. The business for corporate clients, called public saving service, occupies a larger proportion in the business of Commercial Banks and is the main source of business profits. In recent years, the speed of economic development is slower and slower, the profits is less and less while debt pressure is more and more heavy, the development and management of public saving service have increasingly become the most important part of Commercial Banks. In the past two years, financial reform gets deeper and deeper, interest rate liberalization and financial disintermediation is becoming more and more obvious, the business management pattern of Commercial Banks will be adjusted, and the change of exterior market environment will lead to changes of the customer groups’ characteristics. In the process, Commercial Banks should take the initiative to improve their management ability and the value of potential customers by scientific marketing and management methods so as to acquire a stable market share. Therefore, it is extraordinary important for current commercial banks to improve the bank resource utilization, enhance the level of performance by using a rational and efficient appraisal program.As a joint-stock commercial bank, Industrial Bank has run into the same problem, its service marketing system needs further improvement and innovation. In this paper, taking the Industrial Bank as a case study, the development and management of public saving service are in-depth analysis of its corporate customers to expand and management, and the corresponding optimization suggestions with customer management theory. Through the Industrial Bank of mining operations of corporate customers, thus helping the Industrial Bank of corporate customers to provide standardized, differentiated services, to further enhance the Industrial Bank customer service for public marketing capabilities and market competitiveness.Public business is commercial banking in the core, we propose to establish philosophy, marketing services platform to build, improve customer type, improve customer manager system and other measures, and ensure the implementation of customer relationship management.
