For China Telecom Z Branch, flow marketing conforms to the needs of developing internet, in addition, for China Telecom,it also meets the needs of transforming from telephone service marketing to flow marketing. On the other hand, if China Telecom with TD technology develops flow marketing, can not only improve the country’s comprehensive strength, but also boost domestic demands.The promotion of 4G technology and business in China Telecom Z Branch is not only with the future of enterprise but also with living space of national technology. In a word, it is very important to research on flow marketing and construct complete flow marketing system.Confronted with the opportunities and challenges in the 4G era of telecommunication operators, this paper takes the research on 4G flow marketing strategy of China Telecom Z Branch on the purpose of improving the competition of China Telecom Z Branch, bringing flow scale and flow value, so as to promote the sustainable development of China Telecom. In the beginning, this paper introduces China Telecom Z Branch in the general situation, and analyzes the political environment, economic environment, social environment and technology environment of flow marketing. Then, this paper analyzes its competitors, substitutes and potential entrants, suppliers and buyers by using the Five Forces Model. In the end, this paper analyzes the present situation, finds problems and reasons of problems of China Telecom Z Branch in flow marketing and finally puts forward the concrete strategy of China Telecom Z Branch in flow marketing.
