With joining WTO formally in 2001, China entered the highway of involving international economic community. With numerous increasing of foreign investment, the way of investment becomes diversified and Chinese market also becomes more and more active.In 2004, The defect automobile products recall management Rules was announced by National Bureau of Quality Inspection, National Development and Reform Commission, General Administration of Customs and Department of Commerce, since when it worked formally. This requested almost all of the spare parts venders to build up their own traceability system, which created the best opportunity for TF to enter Chinese market. Jan.1st 2013, The defect automobile products recall management Regulations was announced and worked formally. This Regulation is more higher than the Rules about the legislation level, that means the offenders will be severely punished.As the leader of global traceability marking system, TF has a large number of customers in automobile and spare parts field. But TF seems has nothing to do in Chinese Northeastern market, especially when it faces local low price brands. How to develop Chinese market rapidly depend on it's own powerful technology and product is really one important topic for TF.Firstly analyses marking machine application in Northeastern area, analyses Northeastern external environment by PEST tool, analyses Northeastern marking machine field by Porter's Five Forces Model, explains the opportunities for TF company in Northeastern area. Then explains TF's strength, weakness, opportunities and challenges by SWOT tool. At last explains the marketing strategy for TF in Northeastern area by STP strategy and 4P marketing strategy.
