In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology, the rapid development of e-commerce, business environment and business models have occurred great changes, this change profound impact on all walks of life, including printing industry. Due to the influence of various factors, the development of enterprise e-commerce is in a dilemma. The traditional management mode and business model are facing challenges, even subversion, e-commerce has brought a new opportunity.Based on the theory of electronic commerce, this paper research the development strategy of electronic commerce of ROMAX printing company. Through the analysis of the e-commerce development of the printing industry and ROMAX printing company, it pointed out some problems in the company. In the part of theoretical analysis, with Potter’s five forces study, value chain analysis and SWOT analysis,which compares the advantages and disadvantages of different models of e-commerce,this research points out the orientation of enterprise printing electronic business. Also,The study analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise, including the enterprise’s own advantages, weaknesses and external opportunities and threats.Key for Romax printing company are analyzed, and points out the problems existing in the enterprise.Finally the study concluded the development of e-commerce business strategy of ROMAX printing company, which provide the reference for enterprise decision making.
