With the vigorous development of e-commerce,the Internet has become a commodity circulation,the business development of new channels and an important carrier.With the Internet + concept proposed,the Ministry of Commerce,the Ministry of agriculture has also issued a series of support for the development of rural e-commerce views and policies,so that rural e-commerce has become a hot topic.Shandong Post Company to thoroughly implement the national "Internet +" plan of action and group "one body two wings" development strategy,give full play to the nature of the industry,the advantages of brand reputation,service network advantages and three flow integration advantages,Adhere to the innovation and opening to the outside world,seize the opportunity,give full play to its advantages,agricultural benefits business,and strive to explore rural business development mode,accelerate the implementation of the strategic layout of rural electricity supplier,actively serve the local economy and people's livelihood.In 2013,the Shandong Province postal began gradually e-commerce development in rural areas,and actively carry out the service "three rural" series,as farmers distribution agricultural implements,providing rural payment and financial convenience services,and has been praised by the people and the recognition of the government of Shandong province.Under this background,how the Shandong Province postal to give full play to the strengths and ability,rapid activation of huge rural market of electronic business affairs,meet the demand of rural users,take a unique characteristic post rural electronic commerce development path,is very arduous.Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of the existing rural e-commerce model of Shandong post which is “Mail Net”|B2C online shopping platform,“Post Dispensers”| community O2 O platform model and“Sales benefit”| Supply chain service platform model.Through the SWOT analysis and the development effect of the "Sales Benefit" pattern analysis,pointed out that the current development of Shandong Rural Postal e-commerce mainly in the large and high distribution cost,inadequate facilities,rural informatization and rural talent shortage,electricity supplier cognitive problems such as lack of investment in infrastructure.In order to solve these problems,Shandong province post should further accelerate the promotion of rural infrastructure construction,strengthen the training of Rural Postal personnel team,establish a system of perfect quality guarantee and compensation mechanism,and strive for the support of the government in rural e-commerce policy,provide a platform and guarantee for Shandong postal branch of the development of new rural e-commerce model.
