The development of service industry has become a measure of an important symbol of a country or a region’s economic development level and stage of development. Service innovation in manufacturing industry innovation more easy to imitate, difficult to protect, so continuous innovation is more important. Service production and consumption also on service innovation impact, employees are often crucial, because the customer directly dealing with them. Therefore, employees in the new service development and service innovation process close engagement and integration is very necessary. Their customer close and long-term relationship makes employees as an important source of the thinking of the innovation in enterprises of the new service development process. In order to improve employee Innovation must be staff to fully mobilize the enthusiasm, the maximum improve the management efficiency of the enterprise. Time personality as an inherent characteristic of the individual affect employee behavior, this effect is positive and negative, lead time in which plays a certain regulatory role. Self efficacy is individual of whether they have the ability to complete an action perception and confidence, with high self-efficacy individuals in the face of difficulties and setbacks, to pay more effort, and exhibit more innovative.This study proposed by the western scholars mainly individual innovation behavior as a starting point, combined with the research of service innovation, social psychology and other related theory, discusses the time character, leadership and self-efficacy of the connotation of the concept, build the service employee time personality, model of the relationship between self-efficacy and employee innovative behavior, and the questionnaire survey of empirical research method to collect data, to test the assumptions of the model. Research results show that the employee innovative behavior from two dimensions of the implementation of the innovation idea generation and innovative idea form; time, personality and sense of urgency characteristics and future time perspective characteristics in Chinese context have been seized The dimensions of the sense of time urgency experience. The study also verified the two time personality(time and future time perspective) and employee innovative behavior that innovative ideas and innovative ideas, respectively, to implement has a negative and a positive correlation between self efficacy on employee innovation behavior has a positive effect. Research found that self-efficacy in time personality and employee innovative behavior plays a partial intermediary role, also is to say different personality influence individual self-efficacy formation, which will inhibit or stimulate their innovative ideas and execution. The research results not only explore the employee innovative behavior, and reveals the time personality on Employee Innovation The mechanism of behavior has laid a theoretical foundation for further study of employee innovative behavior.
