In 2015, Chinese President Xi Jinping and State Department General Manager Li Keqiang to strengthen the "supply side structural reforms" many times in the national conference. Again on both ends of the supply side and demand side can promote the development of industry into the high side. "Supply Side Reform" means that the economic growth is from the previous mentioned, conditioned reflex for expanding consumer demand,stimulating consumer purchasing power, into today’s supply side, and considering the consumer demand. It is meaning that there is some change that the original we are committed to let more people to consume products, and now we effort to do the product more delicate, so we do not need to worry about consumer do not would like to purchase our products.According to the content of the reform, combining with the reality of our life, even the innovation product, the enterprise not only expanded the innovation power of the product, but also fulfilled the responsibility for consumers. From the consumer point of view, combining with technology innovation and performance of the consumer responsibility, there are more research benefits for the topic.Article choose automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example to research the consumer, technology innovation and enterprise to fulfill obligations of the relationship between financial performance. Car has become the important means of transportation, the appearance of their products, security, comfort is more and more concern for consumers.Automobile manufacturing industry belongs to high and new technology industry at the same time, the technical innovation investment period is long, input amount is large, and the development process and the final product market or more uncertainty factors. And is an active response to the country "supply side structural reform", starting from the consumer demand, can decrease in some uncertain factors in the process of enterprise technology innovation investment, and to ensure that product development good market become an important research topic, also for the future development of auto industry provides a good reference.This article is divided into five parts. The first chapter is introduction, it main is thearticle research background and the structure framework. The second chapter is theoretical foundation and literature review, that is based on the synergy theory, consumer responsibility theory and the enterprise technology innovation theory, studying and summary of corporate social responsibility, technological innovation investment and the relationship between corporate financial performance. The third chapter is the empirical study design, according to the theory and literature review, the article put forward three hypotheses, in the automobile manufacturing industry listed companies from 2010 to 2012 as sample data, the selection of research and development density to reflect the enterprise’s R&D investment degree,operating income growth rate to measure the fulfillment of corporate responsibility for the consumer. Sales net interest rates as the financial performance of an enterprise. Finally, being established the research model in this paper. The fourth chapter is the empirical results and analysis. According to chapter 3 analysis of the empirical design, we have used SPSS 17.0software. In the end, this article’s conclusion and feasible Suggestions.In this paper, the research results show that the enterprise technology innovation investment can promote the enterprise’s financial performance; Companies for the implementation of the responsibility for the consumer to enterprise’s financial performance has a positive effect; Technology innovation investment, enterprise customers work together to fulfill obligations has the promoting effect of the enterprise’s financial performance.According to the results it is concluded that two Suggestions: first, improve enterprise technology innovation strength; Second, improve the enterprise’s technological innovation strength.Finally, this article has some innovation points, that is relationship between the enterprise technology innovation investment and the consumer responsibility has the better influence of the financial performance, as well as, making a guide for the future development direction of enterprise.
