In recent years, the growth rate of China’s economic slowdown,the trend of the past economic development is no longer applicable in the current situation of the environment. Driving force of China’s economic growth gradually from investment to convert innovation, innovation has become one of the competitiveness of enterprises, therefore, as the most adequate ability to innovate high-tech enterprises will inject new impetus to China’s economic development. With the continuous progress of science and technology, all kinds of related policies continue to introduce high-tech companies are gradually rising, economic development and industry technology development process to assume the role of more and more, the proportion had increased. In the future development plan of which, as high-tech enterprises should future industry technology development leader, to assume its role in promoting economic development and technological progress inherent responsibility.As we all know, high-tech enterprises with the most advanced, most innovative science and technology, high-tech enterprises is through scientific innovation into productivity, to obtain the proper value in the marketplace. However, despite the high-tech enterprises with various advantages, but due to the application characteristics of technology companies, the risk of such enterprises are facing will be higher than other ordinary business which many risk factors that lead to high-tech enterprise financial risk is much higher than ordinary business, and prominent R & D risk their financial risk factors, prevention and control difficulty greatly enhanced. So, if the high-tech enterprise managers in the enterprise management process mismanagement or failed to find the existence of the business and timely financial problems, the financial risk faced by the enterprise will bring fatal injuries. So a high-tech enterprise financial risk for research on the part of the risk analysis carried out, to master the different risk characteristics of the type of risk, high-tech enterprises will increase financial risk prevention and control capabilities.In view of this, the urgent need to strengthen the high-tech aspects of financial risk management related research. In order to better solve our high-tech enterprise financial risk management issues, the focus of this article from the perspective of project managers of departure, concepts and theoretical research results of domestic and foreign financial risk and financial risk management, combined with the unique characteristics of high-tech enterprises on China’s high-tech enterprise financial risk issues risk identification, risk analysis, risk prevention research, and proposed a riskmanagement program to provide some useful reference for China’s high-tech business managers and investors.
