Research On Financial Risk Early Warning Of High-tech Enterprises

In the ever-changing market economy environment,high-tech enterprises have flourished,which has greatly impacted traditional industries and has become an important force in China's economic development.Lens Technology Co.Ltd is an innovative high-tech group joint-stock company with independent innovation as its core and high-end intelligent equipment accessories as its core business.Lens Technology as a national key high-tech enterprise,has gained in the operation of the company.Major achievements,the company is developing at a high speed overall.However,high-tech enterprises are also facing higher risks than traditional enterprises due to their early investment,high operational risk,high recovery rate of investment in the later period,and large proportion of intangible assets,and there are already large and small enterprises in the industry.As the industry enters,the profit margin of the industry is declining and the overcapacity is over.The company still has hidden financial risks in the course of operation.Therefore,for high-tech enterprises,the early warning and response of financial risks is particularly important.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of high-tech enterprises,this paper analyzes the sources of financial risks of high-tech enterprises,puts forward the financial risk early warning index system of high-tech enterprises,and constructs a financial risk early warning model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,Lens Technology is taken as an example.The model conducts empirical research,collects the financial data of Lens Technology in 2017,and uses the evaluation results of the enterprise performance evaluation standard issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in 2017 to construct a judgment matrix and vaguely score the financial risks.The final conclusion is the final evaluation of Lens Technology.
