With the gradual liberalization of China’s financial markets and further opening up policy, the mixed mode is becoming the mainstream of China’s financial industry. The insurance industry to be outdone, the insurance group management, there have been trends comprehensive management. China PA Insurance Group to seize the opportunities of the times, at the forefront of China’s insurance industry integrated operation, has become one of the few able to provide customers with China while insurance, investment banking and a full range of financial products and financial services companies.But in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the insurance market and consumer demand for diversified financial products, the insurance company’s efforts to increase profits are growing. PA Insurance Group is the use of cross-selling between its various subsidiaries the Group has brought new profit growth point under Mixed. This new cross-selling marketing model to some extent, also contributed to the development of mixed PA Insurance Group. Meanwhile PA Insurance Group cross-selling model is now under group life insurance companies and insurance companies between the primary application for cross-selling and understanding remains to be further improved and perfected.Based on the above background, this paper discusses the concept and theoretical basis of cross-selling, PA Insurance for cross-selling of each subsidiary company conducted a SWOT analysis, cross-selling to find some of the existing problems, which mainly reflected in the cross-selling of products, sales model organizational structure, incentives, technical support. Through further research on the cross-selling strategy for the problem, we propose appropriate measures for improvement, as well as the implementation of safeguard measures.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss cross-selling concepts and theoretical basis, so that insurance companies be able to cross-sell a correct and complete understanding of the insurance industry and realize the urgency and the importance of cross-selling. In practical application process, the application of the more obvious effects of cross-selling, not only can increase profits by expanding sales to existing customers, but also enhance the corporate image, foster customer loyalty and safeguard the sustainable development of enterprises.
