In recent years,the domestic insurance industry has developed rapidly,and the competition between the insurance company is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to enhance their competitiveness,all insurance groups are digging their own resources,maximize their resource effect,and do everything possible to improve their own sales channels.Cross selling is a new way of selling,not only can maximize the use of existing resources to customers,improve customer loyalty,but also can reduce cost in product promotion,plays an important role inimproving sales efficiency and profitability of enterprises.The insurance company's products in the distribution of the customer base,marketing strateGY has a certain similarity and interoperability,the suitable way can be a single product of existing customers to change the product system experience,so that the development of the efficiency of insurance companies has been greatly improved,also makes the insurance company sales resources make full use of the resource.Therefore,major insurance companies often cross sell as the preferred means of improving marketing channels.So the insurance companies,as representatives of cross selling,have rapidly established organizations and cross selling operation mechanism,vigorously promoted the development of cross selling business,and achieved good inter industry sales performance.But at the same time,insurance companies need to improve and perfect in cross selling organizations.In this paper,through literature research,empirical analysis,summarized and classified to carry out cross selling cross selling of insurance and insurance group of typical development situation analysis,current situation and development of GY insurance company cross sales analysis and the existing problems.Finally,in view of the problems and shortcomings of GY company's internal sales,this paper puts forward some suggestions for cross selling optimization.
