Study On The Reliability Of Air-Conditioner Supply Chain System

As an attribute of the supply chain, reliability is the important guarantee for the operating and meeting customers’ demand of supply chain. In recent years, the benefits of central air-conditioner industry is impacted by macroeconomic environment, meanwhile, the internet development and personalized customers’ requirements bring up more challenges for the operating effectively of air-conditioner supply chain. Air-conditioner supply chain system is a complex one which is susceptible to various risk factors. Form the viewpoint of reliability engineering,using the relevant disciplines including supply chain management, system dynamics as theory basis, treating the air-conditioner supply chain as the research object, this paper studied several concepts of reliability of air-conditioner supply chain and implemented the validation. Main contents are as follows:⑴ The analysis of structure reliability of air-conditioner supply chain.Research on system structure has contributes to understanding its characteristics.Improving the structure reliability of supply chain is an essential tool of designing,optimizing and evaluating of supply chain system. Looking the enterprises as units,this chapter analyzed the calculation method of structure reliability of air-conditioner supply chain under describing the structure type of air-conditioner supply chain.Through instances, taking inventory into consideration, it quantitatively analyzed the possible influences on the systemic reliability of air-conditioner supply chain in setting inventory or not.⑵ The analysis of delivery reliability of air-conditioner supply chain from the perspective of system dynamics.Firstly, delivery reliability of supply chain and the theory, development and software of system dynamics are introduced simply; secondly, relevant system dynamics models are built according to the characteristics of various modes air-conditioner supply chain; finally, taking inventory and delivery ability as index,the chapter analyzed the inventory changes, demand sensitivity and delivery reliability of various modes air-conditioner supply chain under different customer’needs.⑶ The analysis of scheduling reliability of air-conditioner supply chain in cloud manufacture background.After simply defining scheduling reliability of air-conditioner supply chain, taskscheduling model is set up, then the scheduling work is solved with intelligent algorithm and its scheduling reliability was improved.
