| With the development of economy and the frequently of exchange between domestic and foreign enterprises, managers know the importance of human resource,so the input on the management is increasing, but how to use the effective management measures to increase the effectiveness of management. Besides follow the depression of the domestic economic. Managers have began to ask for efficiency from management, and to start thinking whether is able to improve the enterprise performance during the pursuiting of human resource efficiency at the same time.Based on the background of domestic research, this article introduces variable of HRWS from the perspective of human resource management practices, introduced variable of human resource efficiency from the point of view of human resource performance.Based on the related literature existing,combined interviews to determine the structural dimensions of high performance work systems under Chinese context, combined with some theoretical basis to study the relationship between high performance work system, human resource efficiency and business performance, and to explore the mechanism between HPWS and enterprise performance from the point of performance, analyze whether the HPWS can affect business performance through human resource efficiency.In this paper, by using questionnaires to survey domestic enterprises, against the 223 valid recovered samples for data analysis, through analysis of reliability and validity, analysis of descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of difference and analysis of correlation and regression, to find out the implementation status of the overall domestic of HPWS, explore the relationship between HPWS, human resource efficiency and business performance. At last the final are as follows:(1)There were significant differences between HPWS under different firm characteristics variables.(2)HPWS have a significant impact on business performance. The communication and participation, performance-based compensation and benefits care in HPWS can significantly predict enterprise performance.(3)Human resource efficiency have a significant impact on business performance.(4)Human resource efficiency played an intermediary role between HPWS and business performance partly. Human resource efficiency exist fully mediated between communication-participation and business performance, also between welfare care and enterprise performance.According to research findings, this paper propose management strategies from the three aspects: overall promotion of the HPWS; the difference of HPWS implementation and the improve of business performance based on management strategy.
