Relative to the industrial pollution and ecological damage to the serious environmental problems, such as individual daily work, production and life activities of the environmental problem is increasingly highlight, from individual level improving environmental awareness and environmental behavior of the individual is particularly important., accordingly, we targeted enterprise staff and constructed a complete cycle of environmental behaivior circulating from family life to public life and to work activity from the perspective of the total space. Based on which, we proposed the concept of employee completely environmental behavior.Employee completely environmental behavior refers to those happens in every spacefiled of work, family and public life and can work directly or indirectly on the environment and have a positive impact on the environment or just reduce negative impact. Further analyzing the connotation of the concept and its generating process, we proposed and verified a four-dimensional structure of employee completely environmental behavior consisting of basic environmental behavior, decision-making behavior, interpersonal environmental behavior and citizens’ environmental behavior.Through combing the exsiting literature, the study integrated the endogenous factors(Environmental values, environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and individual drive), exogenous factors(social norms, policies and regulations and behavior cost) social and demographic factors(demographic variables, organizational characteristics, family characteristics and socialization of individual variables), building the theory model of influence factors of employee completely environmental behavior.Based on questionnaire survey of 509 employees in Jiangsu province, firstly, the employees completely environmental behavior scale structure is verified by using exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Secondly, we studied the differences of employee completely environmental behavior in social demographic factors by using independent sample T test and the single factor analysis of variance. Space difference of employee completely environmental behavior in three areas of work, family, and public life is emphatically analyzed by using the single factor variance analysis and LSD multiple comparison analysis method, finally, we analyzed the influence factors of employee completely environmental behavior by orrelation analysis and regression analysis. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) According to the overall average, the implementation degree of basic environmental behavior is the highest in the public field, but the lowest in the family filed, the implementation degree of decision-making environmental behavior comes the highest in the family filed, but the lowest in the public field, interpersonal environment behavior got the highest implementation degree in the family filed, but got the lowest in the publicfield, citizens’ environmental behavior got the highest implementation degree in the working filed, of which the implementation degree in family filed and public field didn’t come to the average.(2) Social demographic factors have direct influence on a part of dimensions of the employee completely environmental behavior. The endogenous factors include four variables which are environmental values, environmental knowledge, environmental attitude, and individual drive, environmental values includes implemented values, emotional values, economical value, practical values and social values, environmental attitude includes environmental cognition, environmental emotion, environmental behavior tendency, individual drive includes autonomous control and validation efforts, self guidance and self-monitoring.Environmental values, environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and individual drive have a significantly positive correlation.with employee completely environmental behavior. Environmental values, environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and individual drive can positively predict employee completely environmental behavior significantly. Prediction effect that environmental values, environmental attitude, individual drive have on employee completely environmental behavior in every field weakens from working filed, public field, family filed. Environmental knowledge has the greatest prediction effect on employee completely environmental behavior inpulic field while the prediction effect is the weakest in family field.We can found that through detailed analysis: the prediction effect that environmental values has on employee completely environmental behavior mainly reflects in the implemented values and social values; self guidance and self monitoring can mainly reflect the positive effect that individual drive has on employee completely environmental behavior. Environmental cognition has a negative impact on citizens’ environmental behavior in family filed, interpersonal environmental behavior and citizens’ environmental behavior in public field, citizens’ environmental behavior in working filed and interpersonal environment behavior, thus a gap between a high environmental cognition and low environmental behavior is presented.(3) Environmental values and environmental knowledge can not only directly affect the employee completely environmental behavior, but also indire ctly affect environmental behavior through the intermediation role of environmental attitude. Exogenous factors have partial regulating effect between environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and employee completely environmental behavior. Specifically, social norms have significant regulating effect between environmental attitude, environmental knowledge and a part of dimensions of employee completely environmental behavior, Social norms has a negative adjustment between environmental attitude and e mployee completely environmental behavior Social norms and policies and regulations has a negative adjustment on environmental knowledge and employee completely environmental behavior, social norms is negative,policies and regulations is positive. Through further analysis, Social norms and conduct price has adjustment between environmental attitude and public filed employee completely environmental behavior, social norms is negative, conduct price is positive, Social norms has negative regulation between environmental knowledge and employee completely environmental behavior in each dimension, policies and regulations has negative regulation between environmental knowledge and employee completely environmental behavior in each dimension. In the end, based on the research conclusions, we put forward the comprehensive promotion strategy of GEP employee completely environmental behavior based on endogenous driving-exogenous guide- resonance behavior.
