This paper focuses on the relationship among job satisfaction, employee engagement, andemployee job performance. Through empirical research, this paper demonstrates intermediary roleof employee engagement between job satisfaction and job performance, specially nointermediary role of employee engagement between job satisfaction and task performance, partlybetween job satisfaction and interpersonal promotion, completely between job satisfaction and jobdedication.Based on literature review, this paper sort related theory as the research hypothesis, secondlyaccording to research hypothesis and content, set up research framework, then choosequestionnaires. In all questionnaires,92usable samples are reclaimed. This article uses SPSS14.0toconduct reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis, in order to test the reliability andvalidity of the questionnaires. Throught exploratory factor analysis, this article derives three factorsnamed sense of belonging, self-realization and organizations to promotion from employeeengagement, three factors named task performance, interpersonal promotion and job dedicationfrom job performance. Finally, analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis and othermethods of data analysis are applyed, and this research obtains four conclusions: firstly, jobsatisfaction of employees has positively effect on the three dimensions of employee engagement;secondly, job satisfaction has positively effect on the interpersonal dimension and job dedicationdimension of job performance; thirdly, employee engagement has positively effect on the threedimensions of job performance; fourthly, employee engagement plays partly intermediary rolebetween job satisfaction and interpersonal promotion, completely between intermediary rolebetween job satisfaction and job dedication.This paper has two main contributions: Firstly, the meta-analysis of three variables.
