NS corporation is a comprehension enterprise which produce ceramic products of sanitary in domestic, and have a strong power and influence in marketplace. However, with the transformation of china’s economic structure and all regions of China started to coordinate development, NS corporation the began to suffer from "labor shortage" problem. NS corporation have a large number of 85 s & 95 s new generation employee, but those employee have a very high turnover ratio. It make a big trouble on NS corporation. In order to help NS corporation to solve this problem, this paper dedicated to the research the reasons behind the85 s & 90 s new generation employee’s turnover and to find a viable response measures.Based on the research literature on the issue of employee’s turnover at home and abroad.This paper choose the classic Marche-Simon Model, Price-Mueller model, and Mobley chain model as groundwork of study. Then combined with the actual situation that NS corporation has faced and the characteristic of 85 s & 90 s new generation employee to launch the study.This paper developed a scales to conduct research, collect the survey data, based on the statistical analysis, the research find the reasons that can lead to new generation employee’s turnover. And proposed measure to help NS corporation to improve its management system.Employee’s high turnover ratio is a major problem plagued corporations, it not only brings a high cost of human resource for the corporation and but also caused the interruption of daily work order. Thus this paper for the study of 85 s & 90 s new generation employee’s turnover can help NS corporation to solve the practical problems, and can also help those enterprise with similar problems to improve their management.
