With the development of economics, science and technology, resources especially human resources become scarce. Human resources become the first resource for enterprise survival and development. It is regarded as the core capital of enterprises. Ultimately, the competition among enterprises is in human resources. The employee turnover becomes common in modern management of human resources as the trend of market economy and talent exchange activities.There are lots of electronic companies in Shenzhen and Pearl River Delta area, and the competition is hot. The competition leads to high employee turnover which brings negative impact on many enterprises. Company P is an electronic company based in Shenzhen who is the victim of the high turnover. The author chose Company P as the subject and tried to find the reason behind through questionnaire method. Based on the reason found, the author tried to work out a solution to meet employee's requirement and improve employee satisfaction and ownership hence lower the turnover rate. This essay will help Company P to solve the problem of high employee turnover and relieve the negative impact on the company. At the same time, it will be used as a good reference for other companies who are facing the same problem.
