In recent years, the world economy continues to slump.China’s enterprises are faced with the dilemma of rising production costs and reduced orders.Transformation and upgrading has become the consensus of society.And improve the innovation ability of enterprises,increase the technological content of products and value-added become the important direction of enterprise transformation.Enterprise innovation will eventually land on the innovation of the enterprise employees and improve the staff’s creativity is enable enterprises to achieve competitive advantage and important factor of sustainable development.Thus,how to improve the employees’ creativity has become a hot academic discussion in recent years.As an important part of the theory of interpersonal relationship,interpersonal trust in organizations has an important impact on employee creativity, but there are few scholars from this perspective to start research.Based on the above background,this paper focus on the employee creativity as the study object.This paper discusses the interpersonal trust in the organization’s impact on employees’ creativity process.Based on predecessors’ theory,the interpersonal trust within the organization are divided into emotional trust and cognitive trust two dimensions and divide the employee creativity into creative thinking and creative practice two dimensions.Using the emotional commitment as intermediary variables,creative self-efficacy as the regulation of the mediation model variables,this paper tries to explore how interpersonal trust in organization of each dimension influence the employees’ creativity,how the creative self-efficacy in regulation moderate the relationship between the emotional commitment and employees’ creativity and how creative self-efficacy moderate the indirect relationship between interpersonal trust within the organization and employee creativity effect.Then,we use the SPSS as statistical analysis tool for empirical analysis.Research results show that the position of staff have significant influenceon the creativity,the higher the position the employee creativity is,the more cognitive trust and affective trust on employees’ creativity and two their dimensions.The creative self-efficacy have significant positive moderated influence on emotional commitment and the employee creativity and the creative self-efficacy has a positive adjustment effect between the indirect relationship between the interpersonal trust and employees’ cognitive creativity,but the indirect positive adjustment effect effect of self-efficacy is not significant between affective trust and employee creativity.
