With the development of economic globalization and Internet technology,great changes have taken place in the organizational business environment,and the passive adaptation of employees to the organization and environment is far from meeting the requirements of the times.Enterprises need not only the employees to acquire certain knowledge and skills,meet the basic requirements of work,but also to perform more proactive behavior.Especially in the context of transformation of economic and social,the new generation of employees gradually become the main body of the labor market.How to effectively stimulate and guide employee's proactive behavior has become an important task.At the same time,which one of the style and way of leadership can match the characteristics of the staff well has also become an important issue that needs to be enriched and solved in theory and practice of management.Therefore,this research regards the managers and their employees in enterprise of southern China as the research target.The survey was conducted and total 353 valid paired questionnaires were returned.Through literature review,reliability and validity analysis were conducted.Meanwhile,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were applied to study the relationship between inclusive leadership and employees' proactive behavior,as well as the effect of employees' creative self-efficacy and affective commitment.We have found that:(1)inclusive leadership has positive impact on employees' proactive behavior;(2)inclusive leadership has positive impact on employees' creative self-efficacy;(3)employees' creative self-efficacy has positive impact on employees' proactive behavior;(4)employees' affective commitment has mediating effect on the relationship between inclusive leadership and employees' proactive behavior;(5)employees' affective commitment has moderating effect on the relationship between creative self-efficacy and proactive behavior;(6)employees' affective commitment also moderates the mediating effect of employees' creative self-efficacy between inclusive leadership and proactive behavior.These findings not only clarify the inherent mechanism of inclusive leadership affecting employees' proactive behavior and help to enrich the theory of leadership and proactive behavior empirically,but also provide theoretical and practical suggestions for management practice in enterprises.
